Ordering repeat prescriptions

Their new procedure for ordering “Repeat Prescriptions“ as you can no longer go in personally to supply your ID to register, is as follows:

You just need to email a copy of either your: Birth certificate  Passport or Driving license  To: LECCG.MarketRasenSurgery@nhs.net They will then send you a log on ID and password

Picking up prescriptions

They are happy to deliver your medications, if you have them dispensed by the surgery.  Or anyone can collect them for you - they just need your  Name DOB Address They say that anyone over 70 (and over 60 with special vulnerability ie who will have received letters) should not be going to collect their Prescriptions.
